WIRN is a 33-year traditional event devoted to the discussion of novelties and innovations related to the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Neural Networks (NN). In recent years, it also became a multidisciplinary forum on psychological and cognitive theories for modelling human behaviours.

The Italian Workshop on Neural Networks (WIRN) is the annual conference of the Italian Society of Neural Networks (SIREN). The historical venue of the conference, since 1989 is in Vietri Sul Mare, Salerno, Italy.
